For those of you preparing for a marathon, nutrition is just as important as the training. Needing to fuel your body with the proper nutrition and macronutrients is key to helping you reach your goals. This is my marathon prep guide which I personally used to achieve a sub 3:15 marathon time. I have included all of the vitamins and supplements that I took, as well as most of the meal ideas that I used and cooked along the journey. I have included the macronutrient breakdown and calories for each meal using myfitness pal. Instructions and a grocery list are as well provided for your convenience.
